Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Reckless Race Concepts you can exchange or apply for a refund within thirty (30) days of receiving your purchase.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include your name and/or a copy of your email confirmation to the address below.

The Customer must pay for the return shipping of the products they would like to exchange or refund. We recommend that you use registered mail for returning all items for refunds or exchanges, as we cannot be responsible for items should they be lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed. If a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

- Product exchanges are subject to availability.
- NO exchange or refunds on clearance stock.
If you have received a faulty item not fit for use, you will be fully refunded. Or you may request a replacement item.
Please note that faulty goods does not apply to items that have been damaged due general use, wear and tear or due to a crash. Items will not be considered faulty if the care instructions have not been followed correctly.
